titleOfInvention Clock synchronization device
abstract According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a clock synchronization device comprising: a coarse delay line configured to sequentially delay an external reference clock signal to output a first multi-phase clock signal pair and a second multi-phase clock signal pair; A clock interface for selecting a clock signal having a phase difference of 180 degrees among the first multi-phase clock signal pair and the second multi-phase clock signal pair of the coarse delay line and synthesizing the phases of the selected clock signals; And a fine delay line for finely delaying a clock signal of the clock interface to output an internal clock signal synchronized with the external reference clock signal. Accordingly, the clock synchronizing apparatus according to the present invention uses a feed-forward type duty cycle correction circuit to reduce the initial synchronization time, reduce jitter, and always reduce 50% of the clock signal regardless of the duty error of the input clock signal. By generating an internal clock signal with a duty ratio, data output operation errors can be avoided.
