titleOfInvention | Preparation methods of amino acids from dry blood powder |
abstract | The present invention is prepared in the form of a peptide by hydrolyzing a protein of dry blood with dilute acid (2N hydrochloric acid) or base (2N-caustic soda), and then Bacillus subtilis MH-1 and Bacillus thuringiensis KSA- A microorganism selected from 9 and trypsin, Nutrease, Amano M, or Protease S using any one of the proteolytic enzymes characterized in that the amino acid is prepared from dry blood. The amino acid produced by the above method is in the form of a liquid amino acid containing microorganisms and enzymes produced during the fermentation process. Therefore, when used as an agricultural fertilizer, the physical properties of the soil are improved by improving the microbial environment in the soil as well as the nutrients of flowers, fruits and fruits. It will greatly contribute to promoting this. |
