abstract | The present invention relates to Bacillus ehimensis YJ-3 (Korean Institute of Science and Technology Genetic Engineering Accession No. KCTC 18034P) having excellent antagonistic activity against vegetable mozzarella.n n n Bacillus ehimensis YJ-3 of the present invention is isolated from vegetable roots as a microorganism antagonistic to Rhizoctonia solani AG-4 and Pythium ultimum Selected root-right antagonism microorganisms.n n n In addition, since the microbial agent of the present invention is indigenous to and predominantly in the root zone of vegetables and has affinity for roots, it is possible to inhibit or kill growth of mozzarella bacteria and various pathogenic fungi inhabiting the roots of vegetables. It is effective in preventing microbiologically easy diseases caused by various pathogenic fungi. |
