abstract | The present invention relates to a microbial agent for the prevention of food poisoning bacteria infection Bifidobacterium longum HY8001 ( Bifidobacterium longum HY8001; September 7, 1995, Korean Bacillus Association, Accession No. KFCC 10870) strain E. coli 0157: H7 (Esherichia coli 0157) : H7) and Salmonella typhimurium DT104 have an excellent effect in preventing infections, especially in the production of substances that can neutralize the vero cytotoxin produced by Escherichia coli 0157: H7.
