The present invention includes a fusion protein in which two interacting proteins are fused to a binding site and an active site of a cleaved transcription promoter protein, and a new yeast bi-protein comprising an expression vector capable of expressing thymidine kinase as a reporter protein, respectively. A novel negative selection method for selecting regulatory substances of the interacting protein using a hybrid system and the yeast two-hybrid system. |
