abstract The present invention relates to a method for culturing animal cells producing a recombinant glycoprotein, and specifically, the method for culturing the present invention comprises a growth step of culturing the animal cells in a serum growth medium and a serum-free production medium containing an inducer. The recombinant glycoprotein production step of culturing animal cells is characterized in that it is continuously repeated, and by using the culturing method of the present invention it is possible to mass-produce a highly active recombinant glycoprotein.
