abstract | The present invention relates to a cyonin gene of red pepper varieties and a method for detecting plant disease resistance using the same, and the red pepper red pepper varieties ( Capsicum annuum L) showing resistance to red pepper bacterial spot disease ( Xanthomonas campestris pv. cv.Hanbyul-derived thionin genes were isolated and recombinant vectors inserted therein were constructed to prepare transformants, inoculated with phytopathogens, or known as inducers of plant disease resistance. In the treatment of chemicals, the mechanism of expression of the plant's cyanine gene can be investigated to provide an indication of the plant's defense against pathogens and a method of detecting plant disease resistance. |
