titleOfInvention |
Solid lipid nanoparticle as a gene or drug carrier, formulation, and method for preparating thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a triglyceride-based fat emulsion capable of delivering gene DNA and biologically active drugs into cells, triglyceride or ethyl stearate-based lipid microspheres, and a method for preparing them. The present invention also relates to a method for effectively delivering a biologically active drug such as DNA into a cell by using a triglyceride-based fat emulsion and a triglyceride-based or ethyl stearate lipid microsphere. The present invention also relates to a fat emulsion based on squalene or squalane containing fat-soluble and hydrophobic drugs, and lipid granulocytes based on ethyl stearate and a method for producing them. |
