titleOfInvention PURIFICATION METHOD OF gD GLYCOPROTEIN OF HSV-2 FROM RECOMBINANT CHO CELL
abstract The present invention relates to a method for purifying gD glycoprotein of HSV-2 expressed from recombinant CHO cells, wherein the culture medium of recombinant CHO cells is centrifuged, the supernatant is dialyzed, and the dialysate is subjected to cation exchange chromatography and sugar affinity chromatography. According to the purification method including the step of chromatography, a high purity gD glycoprotein can be purified in large quantities.
