titleOfInvention | Siloxane polyimide precursor composition and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a polyamic acid by reacting an organic solvent with an aliphatic siloxane-based diamine of the following structural formula (I), an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride of the following structural formula (II), and an aromatic diamine of the following structural formula (III), wherein the polyamic acid is prepared. A siloxane polyimide precursor composition produced by adding a photosensitizer and a crosslinking aid to a mixed acid and a method for preparing the same:n n n n n n n n n n n n n R 1 in the above formula (III) is a divalent aliphatic substituent.n n n A photoinitiator, a sensitizer, a polymerization inhibitor, and / or a colloidal inorganic additive may be further added to the polyimide precursor composition to improve light sensitivity, thermal stability, and hardness of the film. |
