abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing cyclosporin A by constructing a fermentation medium in tolipocledium sp. The fungus population is extracted from the fermentation broth to obtain a methanol extract, which is then evaporated to remove methanol to obtain the first residue. The ethyl acetate extract is obtained in an aqueous solution of the first residue which is discolored and concentrated to obtain a second residue which is purified to produce cyclosporin A.
