abstract | This invention relates to ginseng hairy root KGHR-8 which produces a large amount of ginsenoside Rg1 in ginseng root slices. Ginseng hairy root KGHR-8 was suspended in 2YT medium in suspension of Agrobacterium lysozynes A4, adjusted to a cell concentration of 199 / mL at 600 nm, co-cultured with dried ginseng root slices, and added with 1 mg / 500 mg of Celltaxim 500. Produced by incubating in 2 MS medium. According to the present invention, since ginseng hairy roots containing a large amount of ginsenoside Rg1 can be obtained, a large amount of ginsenoside Rg1 can be produced. |
