abstract The present invention relates to a promoter and transcription terminator derived from Rahnella aquatilis ATCC 33071 and exerting a powerful function in E. coli, and a high expression vector for E. coli including the same. The high expression vector for E. coli can be useful for constitutively mass-expressing exogenous proteins in E. coli with an expression level of E. coli equal or greater than that of the T7 promoter.
