abstract | PURPOSE: Provided is an in-situ recovery/treatment method of soil and ground water contaminated with petroleums using such strong oxidants as hydrogen peroxide and ozone, the method being capable of treating the ground water and recovering the soil with high treatment efficiency at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of forming injection wells(3,7) on contaminated soil and polluted ground water, and injecting continuously or intermittently hydrogen peroxide and ozone through the injection wells(3,7) into the contaminated soil and the polluted ground water, respectively, wherein the hydrogen peroxide is injected through hydrogen peroxide injection wells(3) with flow rate of 5 to 15 cm¬3/min·well and the ozone is injected into ozone injection wells(7) with flow rate of 10 to 50 mg/min·well. |
