titleOfInvention | Desulfurization process for flue gases |
abstract | (Problem) The present invention provides a means for lowering the content of gypsum sulfite in dihydrate gypsum produced by-products in a desulfurization method using magnesium hydroxide as a desulfurization agent.n n n (Solving means) A desulfurization step of absorbing and removing sulfur oxides contained in the exhaust gas by contacting the exhaust gas containing sulfur oxides with an absorbent liquid containing a magnesium-based desulfurization agent, and treating the absorbent liquid after the desulfurization process with a gas containing oxygen. In the previous step, including the previous step from the oxidation step and the metathesis step of reacting the treatment solution after the electro-oxidation step with the basic calcium compound, the magnesium hydroxide regenerated in the metathesis step is included in the previous step. The desulfurization method of conveying WHEREIN: The desulfurization method makes the desulfurization process the pH of the absorbent liquid in the range of 5.5-7.0, and makes COD into the range which does not exceed the upper limit set by the amount of magnesium sulfate in an absorbent liquid. |
