titleOfInvention white emitting multi-layer phosphor composed of same host material and AC TFELD using the same
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to display device technology, and more particularly to thin film electroluminescent devices (TFELDs), and more particularly to white fluorescent films suitable for white electroluminescent devices and natural color electroluminescent devices. The multi-layered white fluorescent film has increased chromaticity and luminance in the blue region, and the CaS: Pb thin film formed by atomic layer deposition or chemical vapor deposition acts as a blue and green fluorescent layer and is sputtered, electron beam deposition, atomic layer deposition, or chemical vapor deposition. The deposited CaS: Eu serves as a red fluorescent film. Pb doped into the CaS base material acts as a blue light emitter in one layer and a green light emitter in the other layer, depending on the size of the controlled crystal. The multi-layered fluorescent film composed of the same parent material can be grown with excellent crystallinity, thereby improving the quality of the thin film and reducing defects, thereby increasing the stability of the device. In particular, the luminance characteristics according to the decay time and operating voltage of the doped light emitters Similar to each other, the color purity of the white light is not affected by the change of the driving frequency or the driving voltage. If a color filter is used from the fluorescent film of the multilayer structure, a desired color can be obtained in a wide color gamut.
