abstract | In an AC plasma display panel in which a discharge electrode and an insulating material layer are formed on a display surface of a substrate, a thin color filter layer containing fine inorganic pigment particles as a main component is formed in contact with or in the insulating material layer. Has a structure. The color filter layer containing the fine pigment particles as a main component can have good performance by configuring the color filter layer to have a thickness of 0.5 to 5 탆 and the fine pigment particles to have an average particle size of 0.01 to 0.15 탆.n n n The method of firing and forming the insulating material layer covering the fine pigment particle layer is performed in two or more layers, and the firing temperature for the insulating material layer covering the fine pigment particle layer directly from above is the firing temperature for at least one other insulating material layer. It is possible to obtain a color plasma display panel which is higher, and thus has a good performance and fine color filter. |
