titleOfInvention | A method for producing seedlings of Acanthopanax koreanum NAKAI by tissue culture |
abstract | The present invention provides a method of propagation of Acanthopanax koreanum NAKAI. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing and sterilizing immature seeds of the island of Scorpio; (b) growing the sterile immature seed in a growth medium to develop the embryo; (c) inducing and forming a somatic embryo by culturing the embryo obtained in the above step in somatic embryogenic medium; (d) culturing the somatic embryo in a growth medium to amplify the amount of somatic embryo; (e) growing amplified somatic embryos in the growth medium to obtain germinated embryos; And (f) purifying the germinated pears obtained in step (e) in the soil to obtain seedlings of oleander trees. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to produce a large amount of seedlings of island oak bark trees having genetically superior characteristics and uniform characteristics among individuals in a short time. |
