abstract The present invention relates to a fermentation and drying apparatus of the present invention. The present invention provides a drying object by mixing two or more impellers having different angles while being heated at a high temperature in a drying furnace when the air dryer enters a drying air into a drying furnace at a predetermined angle. The heat medium heating means is installed inside the drying apparatus to make the installation space narrower by evaporating the water contained in the outside, and the air dried primarily in the air is supplied by the heating means. The indirect heat of the heated heating medium is used to minimize the consumption of fuel.
