In addition, the present inventors have confirmed that totomycetin inhibits mouse mixed lymphocyte response, and using the T-cell transformed with a recombinant gene fragment designed to know the expression level of the interleukin-2 gene, In the expression of the interleukin-2 gene efficiently and in rat transplantation experiments, it was confirmed that tomycintin significantly increased the survival rate of cardiac receptors by effectively maintaining the activity of the transplanted heart.
