titleOfInvention | Process for Preparing (-)Pyridobenzoxazine Carboxylic Acid Derivatives |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing optically active (-) pyridobenzoxazine carboxylic acid derivatives having excellent antibacterial action and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The optically active (-) pyridobenzoxazine carboxylic acid derivative (I) of the present invention and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are prepared by the substitution reaction of the compound (V) shown below with a suitable reactive substance in the presence of a base. Compound (III) is obtained by cyclization of compound (IV) in the presence of an organic polar solvent and a base, and then compound (III) is selected with a piperazine derivative substituted in the presence of an organic polar solvent and a base. Compound (II) was formed by a general substitution reaction, and then compound (II) was prepared by hydrolysis and cyclization reaction using a metal hydroxide and an organic solvent. The method of the present invention uses starting materials prepared from inexpensive 4-chloro-5-fluoro-2-halo-3-nitrobenzoic acid derivatives, and the reaction process is simple and economically economical (-) pyridobenz Applicable to mass production of oxazine carboxylic acid derivatives. |
