The present invention uses an alpha hydroxy acid derivative which has almost no skin irritation compared to alpha hydroxy acid and has excellent transdermal absorption, and stably blends the components having an active promoting effect of a lipase, a lipolytic enzyme, in a formulation. It relates to a systemic cosmetic composition characterized in that while increasing the percutaneous absorption of the enzyme activity promoting ingredients to increase the slimming effect according to the exfoliation effect and lipolysis promotion. |
