And a dissolution container 12 that receives the powder sample discharged from the hopper 6, an electronic balance 13 for weighing the powder sample in the dissolution container 12, and a dissolution container 12 containing the powder sample. A solvent source 14 for injecting a solvent, and an apparatus 36 for heating and stirring the powder sample and the solvent in the dissolution vessel 12 are provided. The electronic discharge weigher 4, the vibration drive source 5, the electronic balance 13, the solvent source 14 and the heating stirring device 36 are connected to the control circuit, and the powder detected by the electronic discharge weigher 4 is detected.
