The present invention relates to an antimicrobial plastic resin film, comprising: (a) an antimicrobial masterbatch consisting of 3-15 wt% antibacterial agent, 0.003-0.15 wt% heat stabilizer, 0.015-0.l5 wt% dispersant, and the balance of polyethylene 10 wt%, (b) 5-10 wt% EVA; And (c) forming a composition comprising a residual amount of polyethylene in the form of a film.
