A trehalose aqueous solution having a concentration range of about 65 to 90 w / w% and a trehalose content of at least 65 w / w% or more based on solids is prepared, and the trehalose aqueous solution is concentrated to form trehalo. A method for purifying trehalose, in which osmotic precipitates as crystals, after which the precipitated trehalose crystals are separated and collected. |
