titleOfInvention | Method for producing styrene / acrylic water-soluble resin by continuous bulk polymerization |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a styrene / acrylic water-soluble resin by continuous bulk polymerization, and more specifically, using a mixed solvent of dipropylene glycol methyl ether / water as a reaction solvent, and cooling coils in an oil jacket and an oil jacket. It relates to a method for producing a styrene / acrylic water-soluble resin using a reactor in the form of controlling the temperature by using, and removing the volatiles in the polymer by using a divolatilizer of the falling strand form. The styrene / acrylic water-soluble resin produced by the method of the present invention has a lower molecular weight, a narrower molecular weight distribution, a higher acid value and a lower volatile content than the conventional resin. |
