titleOfInvention Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicarboxylate Liquid
abstract Biphenyldimethylcarboxylate, which is a liver disease treatment agent, is considered to be clinically very useful as a drug having an excellent therapeutic effect and no side effects.n n n Unfortunately, however, the raw material itself is poorly soluble in water, and there are many limitations in processing it into a formulation. In particular, in the form of tablets and capsules, the dissolution rate is very low, and thus there is no sufficient therapeutic effect.n n n The present invention relates to a solubilizing agent of polyethylene glycol containing a polymer polymer as a dissolution aid in a biphenyl dimethyl carboxylate, a polysaccharide gum and a carboxyvinyl polymer as a suspending agent, a liquid cyclodextrin as a stabilizer, and a suitable interface as a dispersant. The present invention relates to a novel liquid composition of biphenyl dimethyl carboxylate, which is obtained by blending an active agent at a constant ratio and has excellent stability against heat and good fluidity, without being precipitated even after long-term storage.
