titleOfInvention Pseudo-boehmite powder for catalyst carrier and method for manufacturing same
abstract A pseudo boehmite powder is precipitated by neutralization of the aluminum salt solution and the alkali aluminate solution. The neutralization reaction is performed under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 55 to 71 ° C, pH 8.5 to 9.5, and a liquid feeding time of 7 to 25 minutes. The obtained pseudo-boehmite is measured by nitrogen adsorption and has a pore volume of 0.8 to 1.8 cc / g over a pore diameter of 20 to 600 kPa, and the rate of change dV / dD with respect to the pore diameter of the pore volume determined by the BJH method. The maximum value of is 0.018 cc / g · Å or less. By using this pseudo boehmite, it is possible to produce a catalyst carrier for hydrogenation purification, which has a narrow pore size distribution and little decrease in strength when the catalyst solution is impregnated.
