Preparation of Nucleoside-5'-Phosphate Ester |
abstract |
Acid phosphatase, particularly acid phosphatase with reduced phosphate ester hydrolytic activity, is selected from the group consisting of nucleosides and polyphosphates (salts), phenylphosphates (salts) and carbamyl phosphates (salts) under conditions of pH 3.0 to 5.5. It acts on a phosphoric acid donor to produce nucleoside-5'-phosphate esters and is harvested to produce nucleoside-5'-phosphate esters efficiently and at low cost. |
