Method for producing microparticle acrylic emulsion having inverse core / cell structure and coating composition containing same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fine particle acrylic emulsion having a reverse core / cell structure containing no dispersant and an emulsifier and a coating composition containing the acrylic emulsion as a resin, wherein the acrylic emulsion is a dispersion stabilized water-soluble vinyl polymer neutralized with a neutralizing agent. The coating composition is prepared by radical initiation polymerization of a vinyl monomer having a zero-unsaturated double bond with an oil-soluble initiator, and the coating composition containing the acrylic emulsion as a resin is highly smooth, beautiful in appearance and high gloss, even though the pigment is dispersed in a resin without any other dispersant. Has characteristics. |
