abstract The present invention relates to a redundant monitoring method of a redundant operation and maintenance interface device which is in charge of the connection and continuous service between a mobile communication exchanger, a centralized automatic charging center and a regional exchange centralized operation maintenance center in a mobile communication exchange (MSC switch). In the conventional mobile communication switchboard, the operation and maintenance interface device is not installed. Therefore, the person in charge has to check and maintain the status of the switchboard, which is distributed by region, and the billing of the subscriber. The operation and maintenance interface was installed between the mobile communication switch, the centralized automatic billing center and the regional exchange intensive maintenance preservation center. It has the characteristic of managing directly by line.
