A stable and effective multivalent vaccine composition consisting of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is described, wherein the HBsAg component is stable for one week at 37 ° C. and is highly immune, for example, when the vaccine is administered to a child. The composition typically consists of a vaccine suitable for use in pediatric vaccines absorbed in aluminum phosphate HBsAg and other antigens, in particular aluminum phosphate or aluminum hydroxide.
