A release initiation controlled and controlled release rate controlled formulation wherein the drug-containing composition is coated with a coating layer comprising a water-insoluble polymer and silicone. It is possible to freely control the delay time from the controlled release start and release rate controlled formulations of the present invention to the start time of drug release and the release rate after the delay time. |
