titleOfInvention Cationic Asphalt Composition Modified with EVA Copolymer Emulsion and Acrylate Copolymer Emulsion
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a method for mixing a manufacturing method and a filler in a polymer blend emulsion, which is used as a building film waterproofing agent. Polymer admixture emulsions consist of cationic asphalt emulsions, ethylene-vinylacetate (EVA) copolymer emulsions and nonionic acrylate copolymer emulsions (non-ionic polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ethers) to improve the miscibility stability. A nonyl phenyl ether derivative is added as a stabilizer and is a polymer blend emulsion containing ethylene glycol or propylene glycol to improve the freeze resistance. In particular, the present invention is manufactured in a water-dispersible type, excellent workability, harmless to the human body, non-flammable and environmentally friendly products. In addition, when mixing the inorganic fillers CaCO 3 , clay, talc, Portland cement powder and the like with the polymer blend emulsion is excellent in stability and adhesive sugar.
