abstract |
In the present invention, since the spike protein of the swine pandemic diarrhea virus causes neutralizing antibodies, the spike protein is inserted into the baculovirus, an insect virus, and is expressed using a spike protein (KCAC strain No. KFCC-11014). The present invention relates to a method for detecting specific neutralizing antibodies of swine pandemic diarrheal virus. The present invention provides a method for detecting swine epidemic diarrhea virus neutralizing antibody by indirect enzyme-immunoassay (IS-ELISA) using a swine epidemic diarrhea virus spike protein mass produced by a genetic recombination method. The method of the present invention allows more rapid and accurate testing of swine epidemic diarrhea virus neutralizing antibodies simultaneously using multiple sera. |
