titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of red light emitting phosphor for cathode ray tube |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a red light-emitting phosphor for a cathode ray tube. A method for producing a Y 2 0 2 S: Eu red light-emitting phosphor for a cathode ray tube, comprising the step of mixing a raw material mixture containing yttrium oxide, europium oxide, sulfur, and sodium carbonate in a baking vessel and firing the same. According to the production method, a phosphor having a large particle size is obtained by spreading 1 to 8% by weight of sulfur based on the amount on the bottom of the container, and then baking the raw material mixture on top of the sulfur. |
