titleOfInvention LCD Display
abstract The liquid crystal display of the present invention includes a first unit, a second unit, and a liquid crystal cmd. The first unit may include a first substrate, a plurality of first electrodes formed in parallel on the first substrate, a first substrate having a thickness of about 0.3 μm to 0.5 μm to cover the first substrate and the plurality of first electrodes. A non-linear resistive film and a first insulating film formed on the first non-linear resistive film with a thickness of about 0.04 to 0.07 μm, wherein the second unit is perpendicular to the second substrate and perpendicular to the first electrode on the second substrate. A plurality of second electrodes formed in parallel, a second nonlinear resistance film formed to a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.5 µm to cover the plurality of second electrodes and the second substrate, and about 0.04 to 0.07 on the second nonlinear resistance film. It has a 2nd insulating film formed in the thickness of micrometer. The liquid crystal layer is formed to a thickness of about 2.0 ~ 4.0㎛ between the first unit and the second unit. In the arrangement of the above device, the resistance value of the nonlinear resistance film is decreased by the application of the ac driving voltage, and most of the ac driving voltage is applied to the liquid crystal layer. Therefore, there is no restriction in the design of the LCD device.
