titleOfInvention |
Absorbent with half section of gelling material |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an absorbent structure particularly suitable for use by a user in a predominantly lying position, comprising a relatively large weight of absorbent gelling material in the rear half of the absorbent structure. Preferably 55% to 100%, most preferably 60% to 90% by weight of the total absorbent gelling material is present in the rear half portion. In aspects of the absorbent structure, the average base dose of the rear half portion of the core is 1.1 to 3 times the average base dose of the front half portion. |
