abstract The present invention relates to a cell culture method for increasing the secretion rate of recombinant protein in the production of recombinant protein through animal cell culture, and more specifically, to sufficiently grow cells using a medium containing serum as a cell growth medium. Next, as a medium for the production of recombinant proteins, one or more reducing agents such as cysteine, reduced glutathione (reduced form), 2-mercaptoethanol or cysteamine are used. The present invention relates to a cell culture method of increasing the secretion rate of a recombinant protein per unit cell by using a serum medium. When the cell is cultured according to the method of the present invention, the secretion of the protein is prevented while preventing the degradation of the recombinant protein activity due to cell death or disruption. You can increase the speed four times or more.
