abstract |
In a photovoltaic device having a plurality of fin junctions, the fin junction is a first fin junction having an i-type semiconductor layer containing amorphous silicon from the light incident side, and a second fin having an i-type semiconductor layer containing microcrystalline silicon. And a third fin junction having an junction and an i-type semiconductor layer comprising amorphous silicon germanium or microcrystalline silicon germanium. The photovoltaic device according to the present invention provides excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency while causing less photodegradation. |
