abstract The present invention relates to a bovine diarrheal virus structural protein gp55 (E2) gene known as an important structural protein involved in the neutralization of bovine diarrheal virus (BVDV), and to the Korean isolate bovine herpesvirus-1 (BHV-1) PQ strain. The present invention relates to a recombinant bovine infectious non-intestinal tract virus and a prophylactic agent containing the same, which are expressed in bovine diarrhea virus structural protein E2 gene. Because it can cause at the same time, there is an advantage that can be defended at the same time two diseases at one time inoculation.
