titleOfInvention Mouse Monoclonal Antibodies to Surface Antigen Pre-S1 of Non-Hepatitis Virus, Hybridoma Cell Line Producing the Same, and Method for Preparing the Same
abstract The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody that binds to surface antigen pre-S1 (pre-S1) of hepatitis B virus (HBV), a hybridoma cell line producing the same, and a method for producing the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes an epitope comprising amino acids 21-28 of HBV surface antigen pre-S1, which can neutralize several subtypes and mutant HBVs to prevent HBV infection. It can be widely used to prevent and treat.
