titleOfInvention Disazo dye, preparation method thereof and dyeing method using the same
abstract 1. TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTIONn n n The present invention relates to a disazo dye containing a diamino compound in the form of an organic acid in its molecular structure, a preparation method thereof, and a dyeing method using the same.n n n 2. The technical problem to be solved by the inventionn n n The present invention not only has excellent water solubility, but also has excellent stability against alkalis, good leveling and permeability, remarkably improved fastness to water, washing and sunlight, as well as excellent dyeing property when dyeing leather and various animal and vegetable fiber materials. It is an object of the present invention to provide a disazo dye, a preparation method thereof, and a dyeing method using the same.n n n 3. Summary of Solution to Inventionn n n The present invention for achieving the above object provides a disazo dye represented by the general formula (1).n n n ≪ Formula 1 >n n n Q-N = N-A-N = N-Qn n n In Chemical Formula 1, A is a divalent radical constituting a tetrazonium group obtained by azo a 4-aminobenzenesulfonyl-4'-aminoanilide-based or 4,4'-diaminodiphenylamine-based tetrazo component, and each structural formula silver or R 1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group and R 2 is hydrogen or a sulfone group.n n n In Formula 1, Q is a monovalent radical of an aminonaphthalene compound represented by Formula 2 below.n n n ≪ Formula 2 >n n n n n n n n In Formula 2, R 3 is an alkyl group containing hydrogen, an acet group or a carboxy group, and n is an integer of 0 or 1.n n n 4. Important uses of the inventionn n n The present invention has use as a dye.
