abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dry materials using sludge of fluoric acid wastewater, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing building materials by stabilizing by-product sludge after treating wastewater containing fluoric acid. The present invention relates to a method and a building material thus produced, for example artificial gravel used in concrete, color ceramic balls and terrazzo tiles used in terrazzo tiles. Artificial gravel, color cerabol and terrazotile prepared according to the present invention is low in water absorption, high compressive strength, and can be immediately sintered without undergoing a drying process. Therefore, by recycling the sludge of the fluoric acid wastewater, it is possible to reduce the cost of waste disposal, economical and environmental pollution, as well as to produce artificial pebbles, color cerabol and terrazotile having excellent properties. |
