abstract The present invention obtains a primary fermented product by mixing crushed products of vegetation, herbs and fruit vegetables in soy flour, and filtrate filtered by steaming by mixing livestock excrement or food waste, fish or fish trash with the primary fermented product. The fermented secondary fermented product is obtained by mixing them with quicklime, kaolin and feldspar, etc., in order to adjust the water content and produce it in a certain form. Organic fertilizers can be made, wastes can be industrialized to prevent waste pollution, and organic methods can prevent acidification of soils to maintain healthy soils, as well as to strengthen the competitiveness of agriculture and forestry.
