The molding material composition of the present invention contains a resin composition such as unsaturated polyester, a thickener such as succinic acid derivative and magnesium oxide, and the water content is adjusted to 0.1% by weight to 0.45% by weight. The molding material contains reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers as its molding material composition, and the water content is adjusted to 0.1% by weight to 0.4% by weight. As shown in FIG. 1, the molding material composition exhibits excellent viscosity characteristics because the initial thickening effect of the thickener is suppressed. Moreover, in the molding material composition, although the viscosity after thickening is lower than before, stickiness of the surface is suppressed. The molding material composition has high fluidity and excellent impregnation, shows a sharp increase in viscosity after impregnation, and thickens in a shorter time than before. |
