abstract | The present invention relates to a Rat 2 fibroblast cell line producing a fusion protein combining the H-Ras protein and the K-Ras 4B protein, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof.n n n More specifically, the present invention refers to a fusion protein in which the consensus sequence of the amino terminus of the H-Ras protein and the specific sequence of the carboxy terminus of the K-Ras 4B protein are combined (hereinafter referred to as "H-Ras-K-Ras 4B protein"). The present invention relates to an expression vector capable of expressing a mammalian cell, a transformed Rat 2 fibroblast cell line producing the same, and a method for preparing the same, wherein the cell line of the present invention is related to the carcinogenicity of Ras protein. It can be usefully used to evaluate the efficacy of inhibitors acting on transferases. |
