abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel Pseudomonas bacterium KAC-1 (Accession No. KCTC 8668P) that produces glutaryl 7-aminocephalosporranic acid (GL 7-ACA) acylates. The new GL 7-ACA acylate is used to convert the GL 7-ACA to 7-ACA. 7-ACA is widely used as an intermediate material for cephalosporin antibiotics. |
