One or two hydrogen atoms therein represent a fluoroalkyl group or an alkenyl group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms substituted with a fluorine atom.n n n n n n n n Andn n n n n n n n At least one of which is trans-1-sila-1,4-cyclohexylene or trans-4-sila-1,4-cyclohex at least one of which silicon on 1 or 4 has substituents of H, F, Cl and CH 3 It is a silane group, and the other shows a trans-1, 4- cyclohexylene group.
