Retroviral vector having C-terminal part of tumor necrosis factor alpha receptor and method for inhibiting HIV-1 proliferation using same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a retroviral vector linking a C-terminal portion of a tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) receptor (TNF R1) with a portion of LTR, a promoter of human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1), and the use thereof. To suppress the proliferation of HIV-1. The C-terminus of TNF R1 is located under the LTR deletion mutant strain (3s LTR) having only three recognition sites of the transcription factor Sp1 in the HIV-1 promoter (LTR). Expression of retroviral vectors linked to harmful genes encoding in HIV-1 infected cells can inhibit the proliferation of HIV-1 and can be used for the treatment of AIDS. |
